As part of its core mandate of supervision and regulation of SACCOs the Authority receives and considers complaints from members of SACCOs. To lodge a complaint with the Authority, members of SACCOs are encouraged to download the Complaints Form below, fill, scan and submit the same to the Authority vide firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Authority undertakes to consider the complaints within its regulatory framework and provide an appropriate feedback to the complainant.
The Authority has also provided a complaints management portal for Sacco Members to lodge their complaints. You will be required to register with your email to be able to use the system through the link below.
